Overview
The Company is a U.S.-based combined amusement park and water park located in one of the largest metropolitan markets in the Southeastern United States. Operating on a long-established park site, it welcomes approximately 156,000 guests per season to a single gated destination that pairs a traditional amusement park, anchored by a high-thrill wooden roller coaster, with a full water park.
The Company owns its real estate and a large installed base of rides, water attractions, and supporting infrastructure, and generates revenue across admissions, season passes, food and beverage, groups and catering, retail, and cabana and locker rentals. In 2025 the business generated approximately $7.2 million of total revenue and returned to profitability following a period of major reinvestment.
The business represents a rare combination of an established regional attraction, owned real estate, one of the largest water parks in the region, limited direct regional competition, and a capital-light maturity phase following years of major reinvestment. Ownership is seeking a sale of the business and related assets and is open to discussions with strategic acquirers, private investors, family offices, and attractions and hospitality operators.
